Software licenses and AI model usage rights for our Flux-Kontext powered image generation platform
AI Platform Software License
The OpusFlair AI image generation platform, powered by Flux-Kontext Pro technology, is provided under a proprietary software license. This license governs your use of our AI platform software, including the user interface, AI processing pipeline, and generation algorithms.
License Grant for AI Services
Subject to these terms, OpusFlair grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI image generation platform for creating AI artwork through Flux-Kontext and other integrated AI models.
Flux-Kontext Model Usage Rights
Our platform integrates Flux-Kontext Pro AI models through authorized API access. Your usage rights for AI-generated content created through these models are as follows:
Personal Use Rights
- Create AI artwork for personal projects and social media
- Generate images for educational and research purposes
- Use AI-generated content in personal portfolios
- Share AI artwork with attribution to the platform
- Print and display AI-generated images personally
Commercial Use Rights
- Use AI-generated images in commercial projects
- Include AI artwork in marketing materials
- Sell products featuring your AI-generated content
- License AI artwork to third parties
- Use in professional design and media production
AI-Generated Content Ownership
Your Rights to AI Artwork
You own the rights to AI-generated images created from your input photos using our Flux-Kontext powered platform, subject to the following conditions:
- You must have rights to the original input images
- Generated content must comply with our acceptable use policy
- AI artwork cannot infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks
- Commercial use is permitted under these license terms
Platform Technology Rights
While you own the AI-generated artwork, OpusFlair retains all rights to:
- The AI platform software and user interface
- AI processing algorithms and generation pipelines
- Integration with Flux-Kontext and other AI models
- Platform improvements and feature enhancements
- Technical documentation and implementation details
Third-Party AI Model Licenses
Our AI image generation platform integrates multiple third-party AI models and services, each with their own licensing terms:
Flux-Kontext Pro via Replicate
Flux-Kontext Pro AI model accessed through Replicate's infrastructure:
- Commercial use permitted for generated images
- No redistribution of the AI model itself
- Subject to Replicate's terms of service
- Processing usage tracked through authorized API access
Additional AI Models
Other AI models for specialized artistic styles:
- SDXL for high-resolution image generation
- Specialized anime and art style models
- Face enhancement and upscaling algorithms
- Each model subject to respective licensing terms
Usage Restrictions for AI Content
While you have broad rights to use AI-generated content, the following restrictions apply:
Prohibited Uses of AI-Generated Content
- Creating deepfakes or misleading representations of real people
- Generating content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
- Producing harmful, illegal, or offensive imagery
- Using AI content for harassment or defamation
- Reverse-engineering or copying our AI processing methods
- Training competing AI models with our generated content
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

License Termination
This license may be terminated under the following conditions:

- Voluntary termination by closing your account
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of this license, you retain ownership of AI-generated content created before termination, but lose access to the AI platform and cannot create new AI artwork using our Flux-Kontext powered services.
