Our platform integrates Flux-Kontext Pro, a cutting-edge AI model for high-quality image generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated images are created using machine learning algorithms and may not be identical to traditional artwork
• The Flux-Kontext model processes your input images to generate artistic transformations
• Generation quality may vary based on input image quality and selected artistic style
• We utilize Replicate's infrastructure to access Flux-Kontext Pro capabilities
• Processing times typically range from 10-30 seconds depending on complexity

Our AI image generation platform operates on a credit-based system:

• Each Flux-Kontext image generation typically consumes 1 credit
• Credits are required to access AI image generation features
• Processing costs vary based on the AI model and generation complexity
• Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable
• Failed generations due to technical errors will not consume credits

When using our Flux-Kontext powered AI image generation service, you agree not to:

• Upload images that you do not have rights to use for AI processing
• Generate AI artwork that infringes on existing copyrights or trademarks
• Use AI-generated images to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our Flux-Kontext integration
• Overload our AI processing systems with excessive requests
• Share account credentials or transfer credits to other users
• Use the service to train competing AI image generation models

Our AI image generation service using Flux-Kontext technology is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or quality of AI-generated images
• Continuous availability of Flux-Kontext or other AI models
• Compatibility with future AI technology updates
• Results matching your exact creative vision
• Commercial viability of generated artwork

AI image generation results may vary and are influenced by factors including input image quality, selected style, and the inherent characteristics of machine learning models.

We reserve the right to:

• Update our AI models including Flux-Kontext versions for improved quality
• Add new artistic styles and image generation capabilities
• Modify credit costs based on AI processing requirements
• Implement new features for enhanced AI image generation
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance or AI model updates

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OpusFlair SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Use or misuse of AI-generated images or artwork
• Temporary unavailability of Flux-Kontext or other AI services
• Loss of credits due to technical failures
• Copyright or trademark issues related to AI-generated content
• Business losses from use of AI-generated artwork
